Project Discovery
We begin with a 30-minute exploratory call to discuss your goals, challenges, and determine if we’re a good fit.
Proposal & Booking
You’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. Once approved, you’ll get a contract and invoice to lock things in.
Onboarding
You’ll get a kick-off email with everything you need to get started, including a shared Google folder, your Clarity Call booking link, and a short client homework assignment.
Voice Refinement
We’ll meet on Zoom for a Copywriting Clarity Call. I’ll interview you to dig into your voice, values, and offerings. I’ll also conduct 1–2 voice-of-customer interviews with your best-fit clients.
Writing & Revisions
You’ll get your draft along with a walkthrough video for context. We’ll go through up to two rounds of revisions to finetune the copy.

It depends on your goals and the number of pages. My 1-page projects start at $1,500 CAD, and a typical 5-page website starts at $5,000 CAD (not including applicable sales tax). After our discovery call, I’ll recommend a package (or create a custom one), so you know exactly what’s included.
How long does the process take?
For 1–5 pages, most projects take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to final draft. Larger sites take a bit longer depending on the scope, but I’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do you write the actual copy or just guide the strategy?
I write every word. This is a done-for-you website copywriting service. You’ll get voice-of-customer research, strategic messaging, and polished drafts delivered in Google Docs with a video walkthrough.
