What’s your typical process?
It depends on the service, but here’s how most projects go:
- Discovery Call: A quick 30-minute chat to align on goals, scope, and fit.
- Proposal & Booking: You’ll get a custom proposal with deliverables and pricing.
- Onboarding: I’ll send a kick-off email, shared folder, and a short homework assignment.
- Voice Discovery: A deep-dive clarity call, plus optional voice-of-customer interviews.
- Research & Writing: I dig in, synthesize, and shape messaging that feels true to you.
- Review & Revisions: You get a walkthrough and two rounds of feedback (if needed).
- Wrap-Up: You’ll get the final files, next steps, and potential options for us to keep working together.
Enterprise clients usually skip onboarding and voice interviews. I work from your internal brief and follow your review cycles and invoicing process.
Strategy intensives follow a different process:
- You book a session directly
- I prep in advance based on your goals
- We meet for a 90-minute call
- You get a custom action plan, a session recording, and a follow-up check-in
How long will it take to hear back from you?
After you complete the form, you’ll be able to book a time directly on my calendar. You’ll get an automated confirmation email and reminders before our call. No back-and-forth required. Generally, I aim to respond to all emails within two business days. If it’s been longer, feel free to follow up.
Do you offer rush projects?
Sometimes! If you’re on a tight timeline, include your deadline in your message, and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
